Enrapture Encode Totem Styler

The lovely people at Enrapture recently sent me their fabulous Encode Totem Styler to review, and I've been meaning to put up a post for some time now.
I did write an entire post a while back for which I first lost (read stupidly deleted) the pictures and the post then got swallowed up by blogger :( It wasn't my week...

So here's a short and sweet piece, with a more in-depth feature coming soon, including useful hints and tips to achieve maximum results.

The Enrapture Encode Totem styler truly is one of a kind. The titanium-plated barrel is divided into three independently controlled sections, allowing you to create various looks and finishes with your hair. The barrel has a smooth finish, for snag and frizz-free curls, and as it is titanium coated the heat is evenly distributed and maintained for an even finish.

The styler is great for both long and short hair, and I particularly like how easy it is to create such a variety of looks with just one tool.

Below is a picture of my hair, styled using combination 2-1-2 and then loosely brushed through with my fingers. The curls last all day, longer than when I curled it previously using my GHDs.
I find it really easy to use and understand, and can quickly and effectively create several styles - from loose 50s pin-up waves to a head full of tight, glamour-girl curls.

The styler heats up very quickly and maintains it's heat well, also coming with a heat-proof mat/case to prevent damage to your dresser/carpet/duvet!!! It has a small, retractable and removable stand to further minimise any burns to surfaces, and a cool tip for a more controlled method of styling.

It's light and easy to handle, reducing that awful arm-ache associated with long-hair-styling!! The styler has a handy mini flipper on the base section to hold your hair whilst wrapping, if you want to achieve tighter curls.

The Encode Totem styler is a really wonderful product and is essential for creating this summer's beautiful boho look.
You can buy the Encode styler in store and online from most major retailers including Boots, Argos, John Lewis, Next, Debenhams and Selfridges. It retails at around £75 but if you're quick Debehams currently have it reduced to just £50!!!

Get it here while stocks last!!
